The heart tapping icon during broadcasts and replays is much larger.

What’s the point of changing the spots? Why are they so tiny? It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t trained my eyes to recognize them correctly. The hearts were on the left and comment indicator on the right in the old version, but now they are switched and very small. I can’t access my photos to upload anything, including my profile picture that disappeared when the app updated. Specifics of this 3.0.2 update: The updated app keeps hanging up when I look at photos within posts, so I updated to the latest iOS 11.3.1. That said, it’s far cheaper than a concert ticket to see a show on VLive+ channels. Need to pay within each OS environment for the pay-to-view.

? Also, if you buy in iOS, you will not be able to use paid content on your Android device, and vice versa. Not sure why there’s any point to be able to download if I have to access the app via the internet. I downloaded one concert to iPad, but I can only watch it if I’m connected to the internet. It says we can download that content to mobile devices. Since I don’t do subtitles, I don’t know how.ģ) Now that the app allows streaming (no downloads) on the desktop site, the VLive+ pay-for-access content is well worth it for me to pay to see. If you have language skills and want to participate, there’s a way to do the subtitles yourself. It’s a free app, you get what you pay for. There’s no point in complaining in the App Store reviews about lack of subtitles. Most subtitles are done by fan volunteers, especially for the spontaneous broadcasts.

It just takes 3 times as many clicks/screentaps.Ģ) For everyone complaining about the lack of subtitles on videos: There isn’t a professional subbing team for the channels of this app, in general. I really liked how it was laid out before, and I can still find what I want most of the time. I’ll get to my complaints about this version (3.0.2) after a couple general comments about using VLive.ġ) Overall, this VLive environment is great for access to many Asian celebrities, mostly Korean and Vietnamese singers, idols, actors, and some dramas. I had a reason, but it wasn’t worth the aggravation of this new version of VLive. The app ran well in the older version, so I can’t really recall why I updated it 10 days ago. I like the old version better star star star star star_borderīehappybap's Review of V Live Reviewed on 5/26/18 2:55 PM
